How to cancel or change a booking

To cancel before the cutoff, write to hello@pumpkinfairyco.com or call or text (720) 897-3245. Include your order reference and selected delivery week. Requests received before the cutoff qualify for a full refund to the original payment method. You can also ask to change your package or delivery week before the cutoff; changes depend on availability and any difference in package or delivery price.

The cancellation cutoff

Your delivery week begins on Monday. Cancellations close at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time on the Monday seven days before your selected delivery week begins. For example, for the week beginning Monday 5 October 2026, your request must reach us before 12:00 a.m. on Monday 28 September 2026.

We pre-purchase pumpkins for each order. At or after this cutoff, we cannot accept a change-of-mind cancellation or refund, including for a booking placed after its cutoff. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after delivery. This restriction does not affect the remedies below for wrong or damaged deliveries or an order we cannot deliver.

If the delivery is wrong or damaged

If we deliver the wrong package, come in under the bottom of your count range, or the display arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours at hello@pumpkinfairyco.com or (720) 897-3245. We will come back and put it right at no charge, replacing or adding material as needed. If we cannot put it right, we will refund the part of the order we got wrong.

If we cannot deliver

If weather or road conditions make your scheduled build unsafe, we will contact you and move it to the next workable day, usually within the same week. If we cannot deliver your order at all, you receive a full refund. The cancellation cutoff never applies to a failure on our side.

Substitutions

Pumpkin availability depends on what the Colorado harvest gives us in any given week. If we cannot locate a particular pumpkin included in one of the packages, we may replace it with the closest possible alternative in terms of visuals, matching size, shape and color as nearly as we can, at equal or greater value. The published count range for your package will still be met.

Counts are ranges

Pumpkin counts are published as ranges for the same reason. You will always receive at least the lower number in the range for your package.

What the price covers

The pumpkins, delivery to your address, and the design and installation of the display. Delivery charges depend on your town: included in the core Boulder County zone, $45 in the near zone, $100 in the Denver metro zone and $150 in the foothills zone. See the towns in each delivery zone. Your total, including delivery and any selected add-ons, is shown before payment.

Call-outs after installation

Re-staking after wind and re-staging after snow are charged separately from the package. Message us and we will quote the visit before we come out.

Ownership of the display

The display and the pumpkins are yours from the moment we finish the installation.

Things outside our control

Pumpkins are a fresh agricultural product installed outdoors at altitude. Wildlife, weather, UV and time will affect them. We build for Front Range conditions, but we cannot guarantee the condition of a display for any particular length of time.

Who you are contracting with

Pumpkin Fairy Colorado is operated by American Turf & Insulation Group LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, which is the company you are contracting with and the company that takes the payment. The same company operates US Turf Direct, Arbor Buddy, Junk Rhinos and Tree Stump Bros. Pumpkins are delivered and set out in Boulder County and the Denver metro; there is no storefront. Card charges appear on your statement as FMV* PUMPKINFAIRYCO.
