What we collect

When you send the contact form or book a package we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and anything you write in the notes box. That is what we need to quote, schedule and deliver a display, and to reach you about your order.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we never see it and never store it. Charges appear on your statement as FMV* PUMPKINFAIRYCO.

Email

We send an order confirmation when you buy, and we use your details to answer you when you write to us. We do not sell or rent your contact information to anyone.

Analytics and advertising

Like most sites we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta tools to understand visits and to measure our advertising. These set cookies and collect usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. If a purchase or an inquiry follows an ad click, that fact is shared with the advertising platform so the ad can be credited.

Who we share with

Service providers only, and only what they need to do their job: Stripe for payment, our email provider for the confirmation email, and the analytics and advertising platforms above. Nobody gets your details for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Inquiry details are kept only as long as they are useful for answering you.

Your choices

Write to hello@pumpkinfairyco.com to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Order records that tax rules require us to keep are deleted when that period ends; everything else goes on request.
